Booked at taxi at 07:30 for 8:30 so we weren't late for school it's now quarter to nine and still no taxi , why book a driver 5 mins before the booking time when it was done 1 hr before !!!

Every time I try to book a taxi it tells me there is no drivers available does not work at all ! 😡
Such a pointless waste of time to acquire other taxi companies. The previous taxi companies was so much better. Just a pointless waste of time this app has become not to mention fees much higher than uber and no cabs being provided either. At least the cabs used to arrive fast when the companies were separated. Pathetic!
Even if your only going up the road they still take too long to arrive ridiculous
Rubbish GPS interface, drivers sent to wrong places and no actual real-time tracking. Better over the phone.

Only got taxi on 3rd try. Cancelled, then said taxi arrived when it hadn't and could not reach driver or control ! 3rd time lucky
Much better prices than Uber and same great experience
